This vendor owns a small group of print franchises. This group consists of a centralised production hub plus satellite sales offices. This structure eliminates duplication and reduces costs by allowing printing and finishing equipment to be shared.

These franchisees are part of a major franchise chain with a high brand profile in Australia. The centres being offered for sale share both offset and digital printing equipment. A good selection of finishing equipment is also included.

An established customer base is in place. This includes of a large number of repeat customers across a wide range of industries. As no particular client dominates the customer list, the business has been able to enjoy a steady stream of sales revenue.

The lease of the production hub is coming to an end. As a result, the production hub will need to be relocated. The purchaser could potentially outsource all offset production. The individual franchises could then be operated as sales offices with digital printing onsite for urgent jobs.
